Digital Content & YouTube Operations Assistant
As a Solo Freelance Webflow Developer and part-time YouTuber, I'm looking for a responsible assistant to handle the distribution of my content pipeline. You’ll take my final video files and manage the full distribution across YouTube, my website, and social media. This is perfect for a student, junior developer, or digital marketer wanting behind-the-scenes exposure to a professional freelance business and growing YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- YouTube: Help me upload my videos to YT (optimized titles/descriptions, timestamps, hashtags, cards, and playlists).
- Webflow CMS: Publishing videos to my website and generating AI-optimized blog posts. Publishing Portfolio works.
- Social Media: Drafting & posting content
- EDM: Draft and send EDM (E-Mails)
- Weekly Catch Up Call:Â To align with tasks for the week and for you to address any questions or concerns.

The Ideal Candidate: (No experience required—I'm looking for the right attitude)
- Responsible: You hit deadlines without being chased.
- Interested: You actually care or at least interested in one of these things: Webflow or websites, Copywriting, YouTube or Digital Marketing.
- AI-Adaption: You are open to use AI to speed up work without sacrificing quality.
- Bonus: You have an eye for Design / Graphic Design (I’ll have more opportunities for you). Or if you are interested in creating videos (editing, filming, etc).
Requirement: You will need your own computer and reliable internet connection.
